Fun in the snow!

The kids had a blast playing in the snow this past week! The temperatures were pretty warm so they were able to play a long time without getting too cold. Of course, you still have to have hot chocolate afterwards!

I just want to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas! It has been a year of change for many of us. That being said, I find it very comforting in knowing that God has a plan and He knows all. I pray for health, wisdom, grace, and peace for this coming year.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Until next time...

Craziness!

OK - the 'Christmas Craziness' has now set in! The kids are so anxious for Christmas break (and all that comes with it) that they are acting like crazy people!

Had a wonderful time visiting with family at G'ma Hurds house this weekend. We had almost 40 people crammed into their house - I LOVE IT!

Logan tried to go potty there. I wasn't sure if she would go without her little potty seat. She was leaning so far forward that she looked like a horse jockey on a race horse! She just giggled and giggled - but no potty! At least she wasn't scared of it.

GROSS-OUT: I just caught Logan wiping (front and back) and then wiping her nose with the same piece of t.p.! Thankfully, she hadn't actually gome potty (or worse) beforehand!!!

On that note, I think I'll end this post! Have a great day everyone!!! :)

Potty time!!!

Logan is doing a great job with potty training! We were gone about 1 1/2 hrs. this morning and she was still dry! She went when we got home and decided she wanted her Dora undies on instead of her pull-up. How cute!!! Can't wait to be totally out of diapers!!!!!!!!!:)

Waiting anxiously...

The kids are so excited that snow is on the way. I have a feeling that there better be some accumulation or there will be some very disappointed and bummed out kids!!! I'm not really looking forward to the clean-up that needs done after they track it all in but, if it wears them out a little, it's worth it!!! Hopefully for my next post, I will have some photos of the kids playing outside!!!

Verse for today: "...and the peace of God, which surpassess all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ." Phil. 4:7

Until next time,

Yea! Orange belts for Haley & Morgan!

So proud of the girls! Haley and Morgan each received their orange belts this week! They both tested very well. Haley received something extra - a black stripe on her belt because she was the only one in her class that actually did it by herself. Some of the others in the class are younger and require a teacher either saying the words of the form or actually doing it with them. Hopefully, Ethan should get his black stripe tonight for completing 1/2 of his form for his testing this week. They are all doing such a great job!!!

Cool!

I don't know what I'll actually post on this thing but I hope you'll check it out every once in a while! I'm sure I'll be adding family photos and stories of the happening around the Howard house - rarely a dull moment!

Welcome!
